Creating and using multimedia as artifacts for mediating learning

Could the creation of self-reflective digital videos by teacher education students near the end of their program serve as artifacts to help the students learn more about themselves as teachers and better communicate their decision to become teachers to others? The authors describe the process by which their teacher education students created short reflective videos and the impact that those videos had as artifacts supporting their own learning and the learning of others.
