A lot of changes have happened over many decades in the field of education but some of the questions still remain in the minds of students. This conference paper addresses the strategic tools required for improvisation of educational methodologies explaining the importance of leadership skills, creative learning experience, self – assessed research, also the role of higher education influenced by an innovative curriculum.
