Attitudes and policies on allowing students to use their own mobile device like a tablet or laptop at school have shifted greatly in just four years, according to a recently release report.  The findings discussed in this report are based upon the online Speak Up surveys completed in 2013 by 39,986 teachers and librarians and 4,530 school, district and technology administrators representing 9,005 schools and 2,710 districts nationwide.
