A recent article describes how using protocols for online interaction can add quality to the process of online collaboration by improving discussion, feedback and constructive analysis. The article is valuable for the innovation in good teaching practice that it describes for pre-service teachers involved in teaching practicuum, but the method could also be applied successfully by senior secondary teachers, trainers and professional associations engaged in leading online short courses.
